Tiffany Callaway is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has been providing therapeutic care for children, families, and adults for over seven years. She began working in the mental health field as a Therapeutic Behavioral Health Specialist and Case Manager at Community Connections in Ketchikan, Alaska. Starting her clinical journey with internships at Juneau Youth Services and Sitka Counseling, focusing on both youth and adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Tiffany has continued her work with children, adolescents, adults and families, using a trauma-focused approach to support emotional regulation, cognitive function, and resiliency.

Tiffany has had the opportunity to develop and oversee therapeutic programs designed to help at-risk youth and families. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and trained in Trauma- Focused Play Therapy and ASAM, allowing her to use evidence-based practices that address anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Tiffany's therapeutic style is rooted in collaboration, encouragement, and empathy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for her clients to work through their challenges and achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Tiffany is a military spouse who has lived and worked in Alaska, where she continues to stay connected with the communities she has served. Her experience in developing programs and supporting adolescent’s emotional and developmental needs allows her to offer a tailored approach to each individual and family.
