In-Network

  • Dr. Britt Pope is in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Premera, UMR, Optum Commercial, AK Medicaid/Denali Care, Tricare, Triwest (VA), and CHAMPVA.

  • Pua Naluai is in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Premera, Optum Commercial, UMR, UHC, AK Medicaid/Denali Care, and CHAMPVA.

  • Allison Robbins is in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Premera, Optum Commercial, UMR, UHC, AK Medicaid/Denali Care, CHAMPVA, and Triwest (VA).

  • Tiffany Callaway is working on getting in-network with Premera, Aetna, and Triwest (VA). She is out-of-network for all other insurances and is unable to take Medicaid due to being under supervision.

  • Amanda Gannon is in-network with Aetna, Premera, and Triwest (VA). She is out-of-network for all other insurances and is unable to take Medicaid due to being under supervision.

Insurance & Fees

Payment and Fees

Individual Therapy:

90791 (required for 1st appointment): $300.00

90837 (50-55 minutes): $215.00

Psychological Testing: Billing codes vary and testing is approximately 8-10 hours of services billed at $250.00 per hour. Dr. Britt Pope is only in-network with Medicaid. If you do not have Alaska Medicaid, the services will be out-of-pocket and you will be provided with a superbill to self-submit to your insurance.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to any services that will not be billed to insurance. This will be provided prior to the start of services.

Insurance is billed as a courtesy to you. We keep a card on file that will be charged at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a no-show fee up to the total cost of the appointment. If you are able to reschedule within the same week or there is an emergency then this will be waived per the agreement between client and the provider.
